SURGE CAPACITY: Is your cup empty?

The first quarter of 2020 locked down the world. Most of us quickly used the down time to exercise more, clean our homes, do little projects, learn how to bake, etc. Most of us experienced this sudden surge of energy to do things we simply didn't do pre-Covid. Then, we started to realize that we were going to be stuck in lockdown a lot longer than we thought.
Around the end of May, my capacity to adapt to the situation started to deplete quickly. All of a sudden, I felt extremely lost. I was not depressed, but I knew I was feeling something. Maybe I was burnt out from not really knowing what was going to happen next. For an extrovert like me, being depleted of your capacity to adapt to staying home and being given limits in every movement started to take a toll.
I found an article online about SURGE CAPACITY and taped a webcast on this with Andy Tonda - my cousin who lives in London. Before you watch our webcast taped in October 2020, please do check out her latest IG TV post uploaded very recently in the beginning of 2021: https://www.instagram.com/tv/CJs7saKBv-p/
I'd love to hear your comments and experiences on SURGE CAPACITY and see if possible to set an online GOOGLE MEET discussion on the topic. Here's the article Andy and I both based our webcast on: https://elemental.medium.com/your-surge-capacity-is-depleted-it-s-why-you-feel-awful-de285d542f4c "
