What does eating plant-based really mean? 

 

 

Eating whole, unprocessed foods, and of course, plants - a plant-based diet consists of fruits, vegetables, whole grains, legumes (beans), nuts, and tubers like sweet potatoes. Focusing on these simple ingredients definitely doesn't have to be boring! There are many ways you can experiment with easy, delicious, and nutritious plant-based vegan recipes that can satisfy your palate and benefit your overall wellness.

Join us on Saturday, July 25 at 4:00 PM with our event facilitator AÜA, a multi-hyphen entrepreneur by trade and a passionate cook at heart. Together, let's learn more about the plant-based lifestyle and its many physical, mental, and emotional benefits. AÜA is now an advocate who enjoys sharing fun, plant-full meals and ideas with everyone.

This online event will be held through GOOGLE MEET, therefore, you will be needing a Gmail account to join in. We will be sending you a calendar invite upon registration and we will be sending you an e-mail reminder before the event takes place. Participants and donors get a special gift after the event and two lucky winners from our raffle will receive special prizes from AÜA herself!

 

Prepare a drink and join us for HAPPY HOUR as we learn more about the plant-based lifestyle! 

We will be asking for an ENERGY Exchange of your desired amount (any amount will be much appreciated). YOUR EXCHANGE for the event will be used to support @MesaNiMisis Kusina Connection - a wonderful endeavor that helps feed plant-based meals to hospitals, frontliners, orphanages, homes for the aged, and stranded individuals in the Philippines. We believe that everyone should have access to wellness and mindful practices regardless of financial status. Please send us an email at buhayretreats@gmail.com if you are interested in joining!

Rediscovering her relationship with food and cooking, she is now an advocate who is always happy to share fun, plant-full meals and ideas with everyone.
