Safeguarding yourself and your tribe the natural way -

In times of increased uncertainty, our overall wellness being becomes a priority. In this talk, we will be sharing some tips on how we can protect ourselves the natural way through some healthy habits and how we can resort back to nature for protection. We will also be sharing helpful tips about maintaining the balance in our bodies and how we can be more aware of the things happening to us.

This talk will not only focus on essential oils and its benefits but also the healthy habits inspired from TCM (traditional Chinese medicine) practices that we can incorporate in our day to day lives. We will end the talk with a short Vitaflex demonstration that everyone can do even without the oils.

Join us in our online event on ZOOM on June 27 (9 AM-10 AM Saturday) with Teacher Karen Guevara as we explore how to strengthen and fortify your overall wellness the natural way with the help of Essential Oils and effective ancient methods.

There are things around us that can help us stay healthy and there are things we can do for ourselves that will strengthen our overall wellness. Unfortunately, there are some habits that can challenge our body even without the help of external threats. Discover what these are so you can decide what your tribe needs.

This workshop will be DONATION BASED (any amount will be much appreciated). Please send us an email at buhayretreats@gmail.com if you are interested in joining!
